Go ahead and indulge in these potato chips that are sweet, crunchy and even good for you.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Peel 2 medium sweet potatoes and slice as thinly as possible. Toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and spread in a thin layer on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake about 20 minutes or until crispy. Makes 4 servings.
