Illegal to loiter
MPF would like to remind the public that it is illegal to park or to loiter in business parking lots after regular business hours unless the business owner grants permission to do so. The MPF has recently received numerous complaints from downtown business owners about vehicles and loiterers who "hang out in their parking lots. Littering, noise and unruly behaviour has been reported said Sgt. Bob Bruce.
