Drivers on General Manson Way on the old airbase were surprised to see this solar-powered radar speed sign blinking their speeds back at them as they passed by the Biomir building. Biomir general manager Eric McLenaghan said the company, which manufactured the unit, was just testing it, and no photos are taken of any speeders.
